Frontline History:
Frontline Communications, a division of Pierce Manufacturing, Inc. has been the leading custom communications vehicle manufacturer since 1985 and has built and delivered over 2,500 highly-customized vehicles for our industries.  Frontline’s 140 employees design and manufacture high-quality, reliable communications vehicles for electronic news gathering, satellite uplink/downlink, and mobile command and control operation applications without the use of subcontractors.  Our production facility is located in Clearwater, FL and has over 100,000 square feet of purpose-built manufacturing space, with the capacity to build and deliver 200 vehicles per year, so you can rest assured that we have the resources and facilities available to respond to all of your mobile needs.

Frontline Engineering:
Frontline specializes in Systems Design Engineering and employs 6 full-time Systems Engineers who lead our customers from concept through detail design, provide training on mechanical and systems use, and offer operational support throughout the life of your vehicle. Our industry-leading integration team is experienced with fully customized sophisticated communications systems and upgrades to those systems, delivering full turn-key solutions.  We use computer-aided design programs, AutoCAD and Solid Works, to provide unmatched detailed drawings of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Frontline Safety:
Frontline pioneers vehicle safety, and it’s built into everything we do. Our plant is Oshkosh Certified to Safety Management System – Level III, employing world-class fall protection, personal protective equipment, and industry-best safety and environmental practices. Besides our strict compliance to OEM, DOT, NFPA, and FMVSS guidelines and regulations, our engineering team uses parametric modeling technology to model each vehicle platform prior to production to ensure optimal weight, balance, and center of gravity.

Frontline Communications is ISO 9001:2008 certified for our Quality Management System; an accomplishment which reflects our unwavering commitment to building and delivering the safest, most reliable trucks in the world, while remaining focused on continual improvement and 100% customer satisfaction.  In 2018 we’ll begin the audits for our ISO 9001:2015 standards compliance and certification.

Frontline Service:
We are available to handle all of your vehicle service needs 24/7 utilizing our in-house and nationwide dealer service network.  Frontline employs two full-time Service Representatives that have over 60 years combined experience building and servicing specialized vehicles.
