Project Overview: 

WUSA-TV partnered with Frontline Communications to create the first-of-it's-kind environmentally-friendly live news truck that will be utilized for news stories about the environment and weather reporting. Frontline Communications is honored to have worked with Rob Gibson and his team on this innovative, super low emissions vehicle that will help to reduce their impact on the environment and set the standard for future live trucks across our industry. 

 

Technology:

Lithium Ion batteries power the entire system featuring dual Marshall cameras with rugged Ruffride 360-degree roof camera system, complete with Blackmagic ATEM video router and audio mixing equipment. Also includes Studio Tech IFB controller, Dejero EnGo 260 and Inseego FG200 systems.
