Project Overview: 

WUSA-TV partnered with Frontline Communications to create the first-of-it's-kind environmentally-friendly live news truck that will be utilized for news stories about the environment and weather reporting. Frontline Communications is honored to have worked with the WUSA-TV team on this innovative, super low emissions vehicle that will help to reduce their impact on the environment and set the standard for future live trucks across our industry. 

 

Technology:

Lithium Ion batteries power the entire system featuring dual Marshall cameras with rugged Ruffride 360-degree roof camera system, complete with Blackmagic ATEM video router and audio mixing equipment. Also includes Studio Tech IFB controller, Dejero EnGo 260 and Inseego FG200 systems.
